Cohort 1 Candidates

This 6-month program is designed to develop practical IT skills and foundational knowledge in project management. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world tasks, Cohort 1 participants are learning to apply project planning, communication, and digital tools in professional settings. The program also includes Japanese language support to help participants navigate bilingual work environments.

この6か月間のプログラムは、ITスキルとプロジェクトマネジメントの基礎を実践的に学ぶことを目的としています。Cohort 1 の参加者は、実務経験・メンタリング・実践課題を通して、プロジェクト計画・チーム連携・デジタルツールの活用方法を身につけています。また、日英バイリンガルの職場に対応するため、日本語のサポートも行っています。
